RHS Homecoming Game Day Activities:
Approximately 60 people attended any or all of the following: School Tour, Homecoming Parade, Tailgate Party, Football Team Gathering or the Homecoming Game. The group was made up of RHS grads, family members, friends and former coaches. A great turnout for what became a very cold and windy afternoon and evening. They came from as far away as the Austin hill country, the greater Houston area and McAllen, TX. Skyline High School won the football battle on the field, but the Golden Eagle Band and Eaglettes, as always, won the halftime show!
Larry & Brenda (Erwin) James spearheaded the Gathering of the ’67-’68 State Semi-Finalist Football Team. A group of 18 players and coaches were in attendance. Many could still fit into their letter jackets! They were on the field, for the coin flip, to serve as Honorary Team Captains for the Eagles. Great job Larry & Brenda! Here’s who was there:

If you have not set foot on the RHS Campus in a while (or fifty years), here is a list of some of the changes:
| 2003 | Construction of a Freshman Gym. New G Wing (39 classrooms). New Field House. Remodel of all athletic locker rooms. |
| 2004 | New Library (slated for remodel in the summer of 2018). New D Wing Science facilities. New Fine Arts facility including the Black Box Theater. Remodel of the Arts rooms. Addition of a Dance studio. |
| 2005 | First class of Freshmen to use the campus. New Tennis Center on the south side of Belt Line Rd. Remodel of the Communications Dept. |
| 2007 | New detached Automotive Center New Greenhouse. New Stadium Press Box. |
| 2011 | Remodel of the Cafeteria & Kitchen. |
| 2012 | Remodel of the Auditorium & Foyer (which opened our Senior year). Remodel of the Eagles Nest (which opened our Senior year). |
| 2017 | Construction began on a 3 story, 21 classroom addition with Environmental classrooms, a Greenhouse and Gardens on the roof. |
| The Future | A domed Multi-Purpose facility built on the football practice field. |
